Declare was born in 1992 in Ngyani Village, the second of three children. He lives with his parents at home. He loves music, dancing, playing the keyboard and drums, singing in the church choir, playing soccer and running 5 kilometres every day. He also enjoys pencil drawing of many different subjects. He offers sports on Saturday mornings for all the kids who want to come. He likes teaching students who struggle learning, and seeing their progress makes him feel good.
